Why grease extraction ducts need specialist cleaning
Extraction ducts in commercial kitchens accumulate combustible grease faster than any other part of the building services. Heavy-use kitchens can deposit several millimetres of grease across a duct run in a quarter — enough to support and propagate a fire from the kitchen all the way to the roof discharge.

Frequently asked questions
Do you fit access doors as part of cleaning?+
Yes — where existing access is missing or non-compliant we quote separately for fire-rated access doors to BS EN 12097 so the duct can be properly cleaned and re-inspected.
